Masters (Adult) – Intermediate / Competitive

Eligibility: All rowers must be Full or Weekend Members of GMS Rowing Center.

Structure: Two or three day a week programs will be organized to meet the requirements of members who would like coached sessions. Details of additional sessions will be posted in the Weekly Bulletin and will appear on the Web site.

Content: These programs will cater to adult rowers with some previous experience. Coaching will be available for both sweep rowers and Scullers. Participants can sign up for programs that will cover 4-week segments. These will consist of 8 or 12 sessions. Single Scullers wishing to have private instruction may make their own arrangements for one-on-one coaching directly with our coaching staff..
