The format of the camp will be similar with 2-3 practices a day including use of the Augusta RC for strength training sessions. The objectives of the camp are to speed the transition from winter training to the spring season and preparation for racing. Langley Pond is a 2000 meter, laned course and practices will include video sessions, technical assessment as well as race pieces over varying distances.

Rose Hill www.rosehillestate.com is a very pleasant spacious location within walking distance of the town which is better known as an equestrian center.
